Micromax Plans Comeback in India with new "IN Mobiles Brand"

After an uproar on the India-China border, there's a wave of boycott Chinese products within the country thus to many Indian companies that were active within the Indian market previously are again returning to the market like Lava and Micromax.

Lava has recently launched there Smartphone but Micromax remains inactive.

Recently Micromax's Co-founder Rahul Sharma appears on social media and released a video announcing of the launch of the 'In' mobile brand in India. He said that he admits that they made some mistakes, but it happened because it had been all new to them.

In 2014, Micromax created history when it beat South Korean consumer electronics giant Samsung in total smartphone shipments within the Indian market.

Several media reports stated that Micromax may launch a replacement smartphone range next month and therefore the price is going to be between the budget price and Rs 15,000.

Reports say that the corporate offers MediaTek Helio chipsets in these devices and that they are going to be launched on the newest Android version.

Sharma said: “We won't be stepping into the Rs. 5,000 segments immediately because that segment is additionally shrinking within the country. People are trying to find more performance-oriented products.

He further added: “For us, it'll be a very-very clean experience — absolutely near-stock Android experience. No bloatware, no ads, nothing. We’re [also] not getting to take your data, we’re not getting to do it."

The last smartphone launched by Micromax was the iOne Note, which was launched in October last year. It seems that Micromax may enjoy the anti-China wave. the corporate talking about giving premium features on the new smartphones.
